Neuroblastoma Picture

Neuroblastomas are fast-growing cancers that develop from nerve cells and typically
arise in the adrenal glands. Neuroblastomas attack very young children, many before they
reach 1 year of age. It's actually the most common type of cancer in infants,
but it's still rare enough that many doctors have never cared for a child with
neuroblastoma. When neuroblastoma is diagnosed in infancy, the chance of
recovery is good.
