Omphalocele Picture

Omphalocele is an umbilical hernia: protrusion of the intestine and omentum through a
hernia in the abdominal wall near the navel; usually self correcting after birth.
It generally is characterized by the protrusion of internal abdominal organs
outside the umbilicus.
